Founder & CEO

Emerson Phillips

Emerson has over 6.5 years of game dev experience, with over 3.5 years working in the VR space. He brings his experience and a passion to make awesome products and discover new techniques to every project.

He has released notable multiple titles, such as TritonVR and the AIE Sydney 2022 Game of the Year Retail Wars, with a total collective download count of
160k. He also is a finalist for the 2022 Game Designer of the Year award at AIE Sydney.

3D Character Artist

Adam Canto

Adam is a 3D Artist and Animator, specialising in character creation. He has a proven track record of creating high-quality and optimised art, and is
always eager to learn new ways of crafting his art.

He has worked on the AIE Sydney 2022 Game of the Year Retail Wars, and is currently the lead artist at Turtle Flip Studios, working on the party game Which Way UP?. He also is a finalist for the 2022 Artist of the Year award at AIE Sydney.

COO

Xavier Phillips

Xavier is the Chief Operating Officer of Tetra Studios. He brings a vast array of experiences to the team in order to allow the Studio to achieve its strategic objectives.

With experience as a consultant for the AI, Aerospace and Infrastructure industry Xavier seeks to engage stakeholders from all sectors to enhance our offering as a company. He hold formal qualifications in leadership and innovation.

3D Environment Artist

Gwyn Esteban

Gwyneth is a highly talented generalist artist, working on a variety of projects requiring detailed and optimised characters, environments and props. She is known for finding innovative solutions to technical art problems.

She was an environment artist on a Taste of Your Own Medicine, and on the Global Game Jam 2023 project Beatroots. She won the 2022 Artist of the Year
award at AIE Sydney.
